    I’ve been having a bar per day and I have been going everyday….yes…everyday! I’ved always been an active person and try to eat healthy, but I’m just prone to constipation…it’s been like that all my life actually. Anyways, I couldn’t find these at my local supermarket so I ordered these bars because of their fiber content which is 10 grams per bar…which is unheard of….and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself! I highly recommend these apple bars they also taste amazing!!

    This snack bar is super chewy, quite flavorful. No strong cinnamon or apple taste, just a good chewy bar of cereal.
